1.What certificates do you have for your products?

2.Is the drone waterproof?
Yes, the whole drone is waterproof and dust proof, and the motor waterproof level is IP68. So you do not worry that the drone will be affect by liquid pesticides, rain and do on. Share with you the test video of the motor waterproof and the drone working in the rain.

3.Can you tell me the payment process?
You need to pay a 50% deposit first. Then I arrange the workshop to produce for you. Production time is about a week. Then we will have a dedicated technician to test the drone for you. A test video will also be sent to you. Then you pay the balance. We can arrange delivery for you when the balance is received.

4.How do you provide after-sales service?
You can send us the video of the drone failure, and we will have professional technicians to analyze it for you and provide one-to-one maintenance teaching. Maintenance is easier because our drones are modular design.

5.How do you provide training?
We have very detailed instructional videos and drone manuals, just follow our instructions. The drone is also very easy to operate. Most of our customers are farmers and are using drones for the first time, they operate according to our operation teaching and can use it very well.
